FACTS and RenWeb, two of the K-12 industry’s most prominent providers of school administration solutions, today announced the rebrand to a single company: FACTS. The rebrand initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to elevating the education experience for administrators, teachers, and families through a renewed mission and vision, comprehensive product offerings rooted in service and technology, and a new logo and website.
Since the June 2014 acquisition of RenWeb, FACTS has worked methodically to refine the company’s position in the market—initially by offering the industry’s first streamlined connection between a school’s financial management solution and the system of record (student information system), and now through the comprehensive alignment of brand vision under FACTS.

The new FACTS brand includes a new visual identity and logo for the company that affirms the brand as mission-driven, reliable, and friendly. The new website is designed to echo those values as well, with improved functionality, content, and usability across the site. FACTS’ core offerings and benefits are defined as school administration, financial management, enrollment and communications, advancement, and professional development solutions.
